6.3 magnitude earthquake shakes southern Japan

Allen ConeTOKYO, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- A magnitude 6.3 earthquake struck the sparsely populated Izu Islands southeast of Japan's main island of Honshu, the Japan Meteorological Agency reported.
