GM recalls 3.6M vehicles for potentially deadly airbag defect

Doug G. WareDETROIT, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- General Motors recalled more than 3 million vehicles Friday due to an airbag software defect that's been linked to at least one death, the automaker said.
