Japan: 16 North Korea boats with dead crew discovered since October

Elizabeth ShimTOKYO, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Japan's Coast Guard discovered a total of 16 boats of North Korean origin carrying 27 bodies since October, but the causes of death on board remain unknown.
