Elizabeth ShimSEOUL, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- South Korea's Defense Ministry denied reports that Seoul and Washington were engaged in negotiations over the possible deployment of a THAAD, or Terminal High Altitude Area Defense System on the peninsula.
