Dementia-related healthcare more expensive than other diseases

Stephen FellerROCKVILLE, Md., Oct. 27 (UPI) -- The cost of the last 5 years of life is over 50 percent higher for people with dementia than those who die of other diseases, such as cancer and heart disease.
