Pharmacists may be able to help prevent opioid overdoses

Stephen FellerBOSTON, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Researchers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island recommend in a study that pharmacists educate and distribute naloxone shots to those at risk for opioid overdose.
