FAA: Southwest Airlines can fly without inspections

Amy R. ConnollyDALLAS, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- The FAA agreed to allow Southwest Airlines fly aircrafts that missed an inspection of a backup rudder system if the airline checks the planes within five days.
