U.S. Navy satellite launch scrubbed again

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Feb. 17 (UPI) -- A second attempt to launch a U.S. Navy communications satellite into space was scrubbed late Friday due to poor weather, a spacecraft-launch service said.
