MOSCOW, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- The Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) natural gas pipeline, first proposed in 1995, is now back on the drawing boards. Pipeline transport - Afghanistan - Energy - Business - Oil and Gas
