WASHINGTON, July 7 (UPI) -- A pipeline transporting oil from Canada would increase crude deliveries to U.S. markets, though environmental risks outweigh benefits, a U.S. lawmaker said. United States - Canada - Energy - Business - Keystone Pipeline
