Russia, Turkey, Italy discuss oil pipeline

ANKARA, Turkey, May 7 (UPI) -- Building the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline will reduce the environmental impact of tanker traffic in the Black Sea, Italian energy executives said in Turkey.
