Rocket Glitch Delays Spy Satellite Launch Again

Wednesday's (Dec. 19) planned launch of the NROL-71 spy satellite was scrubbed due to a rocket glitch. The liftoff is now scheduled for Thursday (Dec. 20) at 8:31 p.m. EST (0131 GMT on Dec. 21).
