Levetiracetam shows promise for treatment of feline audiogenic reflex seizures

New findings about the treatment of the syndrome of feline audiogenic reflex seizures (FARS) have been provided by experts in a new article. FARS is a problem of older cats, which typically exhibit myoclonic seizures (brief, shock-like jerks of a muscle or a group of muscles) in response to certain high-pitched sounds.
