Newly identified RNA sequence is key in microRNA processing

Researchers at Tufts University School of Medicine and Tufts Medical Centre have identified an RNA sequence that promotes increased numbers of specific microRNAs (miRNAs), molecules that regulate cell growth, development, and stress response.
