Green Blog: Interior Approves Shell's Arctic Oil-Spill Response Plan

Shell has proposed drilling up to six wells in the Chukchi Sea during the next two summer open-water seasons about 70 miles off the coast. The Obama administration says Shell has assured ready availability of a capping stack and an oil collection system should a spill occur.
