Two cosmonauts ventured outside the International Space Station Friday to help prepare the orbiting outpost for the arrival of a new Russia laboratory.Cosmonauts Fyodor Yurchikhin and Alexander Misurkin installed power and Ethernet cables on the orbiting lab's Russian segment.
