3 die in burning Athens bank as rioters clash with Greek police

Public services are paralyzed in a nationwide strike by an estimated 100,000 people. Unions complain that austerity measures imposed to win a European bailout will affect the poor the most. Greek fire officials said Wednesday that three people were killed in a blaze that broke out at an Athens bank during rioting over government austerity measures.
