Five faculty members named Harvard College Professors

Five faculty members have been named Harvard College Professors for their contributions to undergraduate teaching. Claudine Gay, Edgerley Family Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, announced the honor for Katia Bertoldi, William and Ami Kuan Danoff Professor of Applied Mechanics; Glenda Carpio, professor of English and of African and African American studies; Cassandra Extavour, professor of organismic and evolutionary biology and of molecular and cellular biology; David S. Jones, A. Bernard Ackerman Professor of the Culture of Medicine; and James Robson, James C.
