Fake USGS email predicting massive quake spooks Calif. residents

California residents inundated the USGS with questions after receiving an email warning them of an impending earthquake. The agency quickly sent out a message on social media to squelch the rumor claiming the "USGS does not predict earthquakes." KCAL's Stacy Butler reports.
