Video: Hotel serving up rooftop algae to guests

Bangkok's Novotel is cooking with an ingredient previously unheard of in most restaurants around the world - spirulina, an edible algae that's gaining popularity as a diet supplement. Nearly 100 barrels of algae are cultivated on the roof of the hotel.
