Video: National Guard sifts through rubble left behind by twister

The National Weather Service says the tornado that tore through West Liberty, Kentucky, reached the status of an EF-3 marked by winds of almost 200 miles per hour. Anna Werner reports the National Guard was called in to help sift through what remains of the small town.
