Mexico approves first vaccine for dengue fever

Stephen FellerWASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (UPI) -- The first vaccine for dengue fever has been approved for use in Mexico, and 40,000 people in areas where the mosquito-borne disease is endemic will receive it.
