Cellphone data can't be collected without warrant, court rules

Doug G. WareWASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday the government must have a warrant in order to spy on or obtain data from citizens' cellphones.
