Scotland emissions down 26.4 percent from 1990

Daniel J. GraeberEDINBURGH, Scotland, June 10 (UPI) -- The Scottish government said Tuesday it's reduced its greenhouse gas emissions by more than 25 percent since 1990 and is on pace to hit 42 percent by 2020.
