NASA Eyeing Venus, Asteroids for Next Low-Cost Robotic Mission

NASA has chosen five finalists for the next launch opportunity in its Discovery Program, which funds low-cost missions to destinations throughout the solar system. Two of the proposals are focused on Venus, while the other three center on asteroids.
