NASA's 1st Orion Deep-Space Capsule Launch Delayed by Rocket Glitch

The Orion spacecraft was poised to launch Thursday to test its heat shield, parachutes and other vital spaceship functions. But a series of issues and glitches has pushed the unmanned test flight back by at least one day.
