CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. Aug 5 (Reuters) - A Space Exploration Technologies Falcon 9 rocket thundered off its coastal launch pad at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida on Tuesday to put a commercial communications satellite into orbit.
