Scientists devise electronic gadgets of silicon, magnesium and silk that can dissolve in people after finishing medical tasks. Many of us may fret about losing our electronic gadgets. John A. Rogers, a professor of materials science and engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is working to build electronic devices that vanish on purpose.
