A toddler from Mexico has died in a Houston hospital. A health official says the disease is spreading and shows no signs of slowing down. As the swine flu outbreak spread to four more states overnight, bringing the total to at least 91 cases, the United States reported its first death from the new virus, a 23-month old child who died in a Houston hospital.
