American astronaut prepares for a year in space

Scott Kelly is preparing to be the first American to spend a continuous year in space. He'll travel to the International Space Station in March along with a Russian cosmonaut. NASA plans to study the effect long space flight has on the body to determine whether astronauts can travel to Mars someday. Omar Villafranca reports.
