Ecuador earthquake death toll rises to nearly 650

Daniel UriaQUITO, Ecuador, April 23 (UPI) -- Ecuador's President Rafael Correa announced that the death toll from the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck the country has risen to nearly 650 people.
