Genetic study identifies European women as source of Ashkenazi Jews

HUDDERSFIELD, England, Oct. 8 (UPI) -- An important Jewish population -- the Ashkenazim of Central and Eastern Europe -- arose from women already in Europe rather than from migrations, a study says.
