EU backs blocwide reactor stress tests

BRUSSELS, March 25 (UPI) -- EU leaders Friday agreed to carry out Europe-wide stress tests at the continent's nuclear reactors before the end of this year, a day after Russia and the United States agreed to cooperate on nuclear safety.
