BUENOS AIRES, March 21 (UPI) -- Lithium and lithium carbonate markets are set to grow in Latin America with the commissioning of a new lithium carbonate processing plant in Argentina and plans by Bolivia to use Iranian help in exploiting its deposits of the mineral.
