WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- The state of Alaska filed a lawsuit Thursday seeking to overturn the federal moratorium on offshore drilling in waters off Alaska's arctic coastline. Alaska - Offshore drilling - United States - Energy - United States Department of the Interior
