PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad and Tobago, Aug. 19 (UPI) -- Venezuela signed a deal with Trinidad and Tobago to develop natural gas fields along their shared border. Trinidad & Tobago - Caribbean - Port of Spain - Government - Business and Economy
