FDA issues rules for H1N1 diagnostic tests

WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says it has issued guidelines designed to help manufacturers develop diagnostic tests for the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus.
