Atlantis gets Nov. 16 'maybe' launch date

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Nov. 2 (UPI) -- NASA has selected a tentative launch date for space shuttle Atlantis' 11-day flight to the International Space Station from the Kennedy Space Center.
