DNA test may become 'lab on a chip' test

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Sept. 23 (UPI) -- A U.S. scientist hopes to create a hand-held device that will allow DNA tests to be conducted nearly anywhere, without need of an expensive laboratory.
