The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched its new Geostationary Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III (GSLV Mk-III) carrying the Crew Module Atmospheric Re-entry Experiment (CARE) on Dec. 18, 2014 local time from Satish Dhawan Space Center.
