Rich bad-boy countries are the least worried about climate change

The wealthier a country is, and the larger its CO2 emissions, the less worried its citizens are about global warming. Norway is one of the world's richest countries - and the fifth worst in Europe for CO2 emissions in relation to its population. At the same time, Norwegians are amongst the least worried about the consequences of climate change...
