GEORGE TOWN (Reuters) - Hurricane Gustav strengthened over the warm waters of the Caribbean on Friday, swirling toward the Cayman Islands and the Gulf of Mexico on the third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina's deadly strike on New Orleans.
