Your kitchen sponge could have more bacteria than a toilet seat

Science Five of the ten most abundant bacteria species are categorized as potential pathogens. A study by German researchers shows that kitchen sponges could host potentially pathogenic bacteria, and oftentimes sanitizing doesn't help knock them out.
