AS if packing on dozens of pounds isn’t bad enough, many pregnant women revert to their high school years, dermatologically speaking. It’s no surprise why they get pimples, really: During pregnancy, the body manufactures high levels of estrogen and progesterone. In turn, oil glands produce large quantities of sebum, which clogs oil glands, trapping bacteria and causing blackheads.
