The Secret to a Well-Behaved Child: Regular Bedtime

Kids who have a regular bedtime tend to behave better, a new study finds. Seven-year-olds with inconsistent bedtimes were more hyperactive than their better-rested peers, and also had more social, emotional and conduct problems, researchers said.
