GPS Could Track Hurricanes' Winds

The radio signals emitted by GPS satellites could help track the winds of hurricanes, as they bounce off ocean waves and reveal how much the water is perturbed by the wind. These GPS measurements could be used along with data from Hurricane Hunter flights
