Truckers are delivering better fuel efficiency

With diesel prices topping $4 a gallon, some companies have upgraded to fuel-efficient diesel, natural gas, electric and hybrid rigs. Others are changing driver habits or using software to minimize idling. Diesel prices are at their highest level in nearly four years, topping $4 a gallon, but trucking company executive Fred Johring is taking it in stride.
