County workers union urges closure of two buildings in Orange

The Orange County Employees Assn. has sought evacuations for eight months. Soil testing shows a toxic chemical under one, but an employer says the air is safe.The union that represents Orange County workers urged the closure Tuesday of two adjacent buildings in the city of Orange, one day after soil testing turned up a toxic chemical under one of them.
