Education should accompany prostate screening, new guidelines say

The American Cancer Society says doctors should tell their patients about the test's risks and benefits before administering it. New guidelines for prostate cancer screening issued Wednesday emphasize that physicians should better educate men about both the risks and benefits of using the PSA test for screening.
