Swine flu threat diminishes; Mexico City begins to return to normal

The number of new confirmed cases of H1N1 is on the rise, with 497 in the U.S., but officials say a lack of recent deaths points to a less virulent virus. Mexico has begun reopening some facilities. As Mexico City restaurants started to reopen this morning and an air of normalcy began to return in this region affected by H1N1 influenza outbreak, World Health Organization officials were encouraged by the lack of spread of the virus in Europe.
